Difference between these pickups?

    I was thinking of buying a Fender Mexi P bass for about £360, then i went into another music store and saw another Mexi P bass for £390, this one has higher quality pickups.

    On the £360 the pickups are rougher, on the £390 bass the pickups are shiny and smoothe. I didnt get a chance to try it out and was wondering how much improvement in sound there is, is it worth the extra £30 for these pickups??

    Claremore OK.
    One is flat and noisy and the other is Real flat and noisy.:p

    It definitely worth your time and trouble to try them both out. Only your ears can decide, not your eyeballs.
