Different tuners for B-string?

I was wondering, as I have shifted to 5-strings myself, coulden't the tuning peg on B-string be different from the others? The thing is, the standard gear ratios work fine on other strings where the pitch is higher, but while tuning the B-string you have to be extremely careful while turning the peg or the B goes too sharp.

I'd love to see more accurate tuners on B so it woulden't take ages of fiddling back and forth to get the string in tune

Any luthier comments on this one?
