Dingwall Combustion vs Dingwall NG-2

    I was wondering what the tonal differences are between these two basses. There is no way for me to ab them and I can't find any online comparisons, which I found odd for two basses that seem so similar.

    They're both very versatile basses, but the NG-2 really is built for rock/metal and has a much punchier, more aggressive sound due to the two bridge pickups and the Darkglass preamp.

    What do you think about slap tone? Or fingerstyle? Will the ng 2 sound thin?

    I personally have an NG-2 and nothing about it sounds even REMOTELY "thin," it sounds absolutely massive no matter what.

    What about the neck? Been looking at both models, but haven't found neck dimensions anywhere...
