Do coated strings beat up a fretboard less?

    I guess it depends on your fretboard, and whether or not it would fight back.

    Nope, but them fuzzy elixers might get fuzzy on fretboard which could over time result in fluffy fretboard. Perhaps. On the other hand, Dr neons dont use fuzzy coating so they wouldnt cause fluffy fretboard from shedding fuzzies. Imo
