  1. I was just curious if anyone out there uses any kind of wrist relief, wrist bands etc. If so, what kind?

I use a pair of the fuzzy sports wrist bands, they feel cool and they do feel like they're taking some strain off my wrists.

I use the fuzzy sport wrist bands aswell. They keep my hand from rubbing against the bass and creating a little rough patch when im using a plectrum (this isnt good because it looks like you've been cutting your wrists  )
Also it feels and looks good and easy to keep the sweat out of your face. I think they do take the strain off, which is kinda cool considering its a bit of fluffy elastic (with a nike tick in it ;):D)

Remember that cool little wristband thing that Beaver Felton use to wear? It had some kind of special oil in it that made it so you could play faster up and down the neck.

Yes OK, I admit it... I'm 28 years old, in a steady relationship (engaged infact) and I still use wrist relief. It's not a crime is it?!
