Does anyone has communication and delivery issues with Ergostraps?update*

    I’ve been ordering from Ergostraps since early this year. First delay was on NAMM 2019. The excuse? They didn’t arrived on time. Weird, but well, who knows, it could happen. After that he agreed to make a “custom” one(of his own design) for a price. That was 4 months ago! How long does it takes you to build your own design? This guy is horrible! @Onlyplay5 . Great work and quality. Worst customer service ever!

    I agree great straps but will delay and tell different stories to keep you at bay ! Every week it’s a new issue. Said he was in America and had bad internet ?? LOL !! Shouldn’t that be the other way around ??

    Any advice regarding getting a response from this guy? I’ve bought from ErgoStraps before and not had an issue, now it seems I’m getting no response from any channel I try. Help would be greatly appreciated. It’s been 2 months since my order was placed.

    Same here. I made a deal with him to make an upgrade to a double bass bow case, that's 6 months ago from now. I have his number, so I write every week, but he is always creating some new story to tell and scape from his responsability. He is just a pro liar.
