Does anyone know what an SWR SM400 Red Head might be wortth ? I bought it back in the early 90s. Someone told me that it's probably worth alot of money but I'm not sure. It sound great, I'll say that.

    Thanks,
    Steve

  2. SWR's used value is pretty low these days, I don't know what your friend is talking about. I've seen sm400's and sm500's going for $300-400 recently.

  3. +1 (and I'm a huge fan of their products, but a quick scan of ebay and this forum's classifieds will verify the quote above).

Are you talking about the SM-400 or the Redhead combo? The used values on SWR gear have really been taking a nosedive recently, which is a shame because its not like all that classic earlier 90's stuff is any worse now. Its still great sounding gear!
