Just wondering if anyone owns a rear loaded horn cabinet? I've seen pictures of them and wrote a bit about them in my tech project but have never heard one or even seen one in real life, does anyone even make them?

what about an ampeg V-4B cabinet? its got 2 15 inch drivers firing towards each other. the cab is only 200 watts, but the way its designed, it projects so well. i would love to find the efficiency on it. i dont know if this is what youre looking for though...

Rear loaded horn cabinets (usually called "scoops" because of the shape of the horn) are still made for PA applications but not for bass guitar use.

Sunn and MusicMan offered a number of rear loaded cabs years ago.
