Does anyone use a line driver? With a BDDI?

    Hi folks,

I have an old Boss/Roland Headphone amp/Line driver that I bought about 15 yrs ago when I was living in Japan. It's very simple - it has an instrument input jack, 1/4" and 1/8" headphone jacks, an 1/8" aux input, a tone switch for guitar or bass, and a large, flat, red knob for volume control. It takes a 9v battery, but it also has a standard barrel jack for an external power supply.

I've only used it as a practice tool, but I'm wondering if I could use it with my Sansamp BDDI to help boost the output to allow the BDDI to drive a power amp more effectively.

Any thoughts? Anyone else have one of these things?

I remember being torn between this little thing and the Ibanez Pocket-Rock-It which was a Walkman-like headphone amp that took cassette tapes for practice. This was back in 1990...
