I've never seen a Lado with pickups that look like this?
Just wondering if anyone knows if there was a model that was built like this in early 80s?

Not 100% sure, but I used to hang out at Joe's shop in Scarborough when I was a kid and never saw that PU config come out of the shop.

I could be wrong but I bet is was only a P PU or maybe a single coil where the humbucker is.

I have a Lado hanging in my basement that has that exact same pick up configuration including that same humbucker. That said, my bridge is different.

that's a Solo Bass if i'm not mistaken, with a Dimarzio P Bass and a Dimarzio Model G pickup. The Model G is similar to the Model One they still make today.
i think the bass is original.
