I dunno, the palette seems more like Braque or Palencar, with some definite Dali-esque textures...
certainly a work of art though!

Gray just doesn't grab me. But I like all the "faces" in the figuring.

When did you buy this one, Jeff??? I mean, it's been about 2 weeks - time for another purchase, ain't it??? :D

Not this week - but thanks for askin' ;)

That's bass is over $6500. It does play well - but not that well!

When I was in the store last week getting my pups adjusted, a guy brings his wife in. He's explaining as he's walking towards the bass that it is a "masterpiece". How unique it is. That it's a FODERA!

They get to the bass. He carefully picks it up and "displays" it to her.

She looked at it for a moment.

Then she said, "It's REALLY ugly!"

He didn't leave with it either! :D

    Hey Jeff.

Is that the one that is at Larry Morgan's? If so, I played it today, yesterday, and one day last week. I didn't think I liked those hunchback basses but that one has turned my thinking around. I want it. BAD!!!

It sure is. Did you happen to play the Fodera through the Aguilar DB750? I'll take that thing too!

Same response I got when I brought my Zon home and showed it to my wife. Walked in beaming and she instantly brought me down a couple of notches. I told her I didn't care what she thought, I liked it, so there!

Someone had to be the adult in that situation;)
  14. hmmm... i don't think it's my style. but i'd take it if you gave it to me :D
