Does this P exist?

Dear Precision gurus,
I'm having serious difficulties to find an original precision

• three tone sunburst,
• black pickguard,
• maple fretboard, and
  
• TV logo.

I always miss one of the above requirements: in particular there is a decent number of these around if I'd opt for rosewood, or with maple but post 1976 (so no TV logo)...
Is "my" bass real or a mythical creature? Has the above combination ever been marketed?
