Anyone know where I could find a case or gig bag for a double neck bass?

Full disclosure, I'm a certified Fender technician working in a music store that carries Fender, Yamaha, and Ibanez products among others.
I don't think anyone makes those standard--call up Anvil, Coffin Cases, or another high-end company and see if they'll do it custom.

SKB, too. They make great stuff, I wouldn't be surprised if they wouldn't make you a custom one (for a hefty amount of cash, of course.)

+1. We've used Calzone's for years to transport mutimedia Equipment (racks of 4 slide projectors in the days before computer projectors...) and they are nearly indestructable (not that we actively tried, but lets just say we tested their limits from "hights" that no sane person would recommend with anything they owned...) Never had a piece of equipment damaged in transit, and the cases hardly had much more than a few scuffs.
