I just put a set of MM's on my Roscoe Beck 5 and I must say that I'm impressed. Unless my ears have been caught up in the hype I really do hear a difference. The B string seems to have exceptional tightness and clarity vis-a- vis most other strings. Part of that is the string-through body however. The high end seems a little smoother but without losing any "snap".

What is your experience with these especially comparing to Low Riders and Hi-Beams?

I haven't tried them in the band mix yet but I have three gigs this weekend so I'll have lots of opportunity to try them where they really count.

Suits my needs better than Riders or Hi-Beams. Extremely versatile and have a long life.
