    Here we go-

    GK 2001RB with a Sansamp RBI, Alesis DEQ 224, and Boss NS-50 in the effects loop, into either 2 GK 410RBH or one 410RBH and one 115 RBH, of if GK's creative team ever gets off the bums, a 610RBH :D

    Ashdown ABM-500 EVO II + ampeg/ashdown 810 + all the effects I want (i would buy and test them all!!) + all the basses I want (I would buy and test them all!!!)

    One kickass double bass + one kickass double bass combo

    + all the things I don't need but look cool too

  10. My dream rig:
    Preamp: Avalon VT-737SP
    Effects:
    SPL Spectralizer
    SPL DynaMaxx
    Poweramp: Mackie M1400
    Cabs: 2 Glockenklang Double Light

    That should work for both DB and Electric

    Whenever Trace Elliott starts producing again, whatever their top amp would be.

    For speakers, EVs all the way.

    '62 (or '64) P bass, same era Jazz.

    If only it could be done ...

    Hmm, My rig is fine right now, but for an upgrade...

    2x Sansamp RBI > QSC PLX 3402 > 4 eden 4x10XLT's @ 8 ohms per side, so 8 XLT's would be schweeet. I'd want a Boogie 4x10 somewhere for some cutting action.

    Stuck on a rock !
    Pretty much happy with my set up

    Korg Tuner
    Ashdown RPM EVOII pre
    Matrix 1.4k power amp
    Ashdown Mini 4*8
    Ashdown Mini 1*15

    The only thing that I'm likely to change is the power amp as its pretty heavy.

    If I'm playing anywhere where this isn't loud enough then I'd expect a PA !

    I would like a lengthy audition of the following and keep what I couldn't live without.

    Head(s):
    EA iAmp-800
    WW Ultra
    MB M-2000 (two -- I really like the sound & versatility of these)
    ThunderFunk TFB550
    JB Audio Pro Bass (or two)
    Wizard
    TE V8
    early '70s SVT
    a modded Mesa Boogie 400+

    Preamp(s):
    Glockenklang Bass Art Classic
    Millennia Origin STT-1
    Millennia TD-1
    Phil Jones P-1
    Read Purity
    Avalon U5
    (oh yeah) my current Demeter VTBP-201S w/primo tubes (I think its a keeper)

    Power Amp(s):
    Lab.Gruppen fP6400
    Crown MacroTech 2402 (maybe a couple)

    Speaker System(s):
    Accugroove Whappo Jr.
    Accugroove Tri 210 + Tri 110 + Tri 112

    6X GK 410RBS
    2x GK 115RBS

    Live I'll run two clean heads, and two dirty heads. Cleans are 4x10's and dirty are one of each. Gotta convert all basses to stereo first!

    Furman AR1215 voltage regulator
    Korg dtr-2000
    Ampeg SVP-Pro
    SWR IOD
    top of the line QSC Powerlite
    and 2 Acme B-2's for their portability

  20. I'm also pretty happy with my rig.

    Sans Amp RBI preamp
    Crown CE 1000
    Eden 210 XLT
    2 Avatar CB112s

    My dream rig would be different mostly for weight and I like 410s,I just don't like lifting them by myself.

    RBI preamp
    Peavey DPC 1400
    2 Epiphani 410 ultra lights

    This would give me a light standalone cab I could use most of the time and the extra 410 would be for real big rooms or outdoors.I'd only get this if I had money to burn as my rig right now works great.
