Make custom string sets. Kalium makes up to a .266!
You need a .148 for an A to have comparable tension to a .130 at B. You'd have to seriously mod a 4 string to put strings that big on it.

 

35” scale recommended. @DECEMBER is spot on with Kalium. I have an ESP/LTD strung up EADGC using their .192 balanced set for that low of an E, and it does exactly what I need.
