Dunlop MXR Customer service.

    I wanted to share my experience with MXR customer service.

    I own the MXR Bass DI + and the battery cover broke; so it was not holding to the pedal anymore.

    Anyway, I sent an email to Dunlop asking if there was a way I could get the part; and after a couple of hours, I got and email asking for my address so they can send the part to me free of charge.

    I would keep buying and recommending MXR pedals for sure.

    Amazing Customer service and Solid well built pedals.;)

  3. I've had problems with both my Phase 90, and my El Grande. All I did was give them a call and they took care of it. I even got some free strings and a power adapter out of it! Great service!

    I had an A string bust while stringing up a set of their nickels and they sent me a whole new set of strings to replace it. Great customer service!
