Hi guys, I bought recently the Dunlop Trujillo for my Ibanez SR 305. The E and A strings start at bridge thinner, and that positions them too close to the frets. I had to raise those two strings to avoid the noise.. Can any one explain to me the point of such custom design?

The Trujillo sets are Tapered sets, although the B string is not tapered... That is how Trujillo likes it they say!

Dunlop is coming out with Tapered B strings soon and once they do you can get a Tapered B string to pair with the Trujillo set.
