Dunlop Ultraglide 65 or alternative?

Discussion in 'Strings [BG]' started by Peter Squire, Mar 26, 2005.

  1. Hi

I did a search on the Dunlop Ultraglide 65 String conditioner product, but not much there.

Does anyone use this, or is there a better alternative? I like to keep my strings clean and bright for as long as possible and I always give em a treatment before and after I play.

I always try to get great life and tone out of my strings (Ernie slinky's) and was thinking of maybe moving to Elixirs. Question, can you clean them like you would clean any other strings or do you have to be careful of the coating?
