The E410V4 is less powerful and the drivers are manufacturered by Eminence under license to Eden.
It also has a cloth front as oppossed to the metal grille on the 410XLT.
The 410XLT is the better buy and the E series cabs are designed to fill that nice between Eden's Nemesis series and David series gear.
The E410V4 is tuned higher, basically to emulate a lower fidelity "old school" tone to compete with the Ampegs of the world. The 410XLT is an aggressively voiced high fidelity cabinet with bump in the upper and lower mids. It comes down to modern vs. vintage.
