For the money I don't think you can beat earnie ball bass strings. I use the the hybrid round wound set: 45,65,85,& 105. Anyone else out there find these a good string to use?

I use the Hybrid Slinky on my Fender Jazz and really like them. I use regular EB's Slinky's on my Ibanez SRX. I went through DR, Elixer, Dean Markley, Rotosound, and Fender Bass strings and ended up with EB again.

It's all subjective though. You buy what sounds good to you.

I use Elites Stadium Stainless Steel Roundwound strings.

Give a very nice tone for slap. They have been my favourites so far.

Anyone tried Marcus Miller DR Fatbeams? Considering trying them soon wanted to know if anyone has any input on them.
