    The instrument is in china, & at that price... if you're in that side of the planet, why not throw a $20 at it to find out!

    No, none of those auctions from China for 1/100th of the value are fake. They are all real, and great deals :rolleyes:

    I thought that the currency in China was Yen not British Pounds, I think it's a scam. Look at the payment method then go to Bassgear.com and check the payment method that the scammers prefer.
     
  17. Bass description and language aside, given the lack of feedback and the terms and conditions, this one just screams ripoff.

    If you enter an absurdly low bid, then win and don't follow through, this guy who has no feedback has nothing to lose. He can 'legitimately' ding your feedback with no consequences for himself. Even if you ding his feedback he just creates another user name and he's set for his next attempted theft.

    Yen is in Japan. That and British Pounds is easy to mistake for dollars if you're not paying attention, and then you realize you have to pay almost twice as much...
