    $2290 Back up for sale

I admit it. Bought this on a whim. Don't get me wrong. It's one helluva bass. It even plays and sounds better than it looks. Sterling Ball wrote in a thread I started on the EBMM Forum after I bought it that in 20 years, this bass will certainly be highly collectible or he'd eat his shoe or some such thing. Heck, it is already collectible now as only 100 of them were made, and only 50 shipped to US, and as Sterling also said, mine has one of the better tops he's seen. I call it my Rootbeer Bass, because that's what the dark color reminds me of.

Made from the stumps of 1000 year old redwood trees. Ash body, redwood top, mahagony neck, reosewood fretboard. Mahagony tone block. Binding on the body. Brown leather OHSC and case candy and certificate of authenticity included. HH configuration for the ultimate in tone tweakability.

Yes, it is even more stunning in person than the camera's eye can capture. These are going for $2600 everywhere you can find them. BC has theirs listed for $2999. Nothing you won't love about it. I will have to weight it, but I'd say just south of 10#. Go for it. Own a 1000 year old bass.

I'm not joking when I say this, I would do ANYTHING for a bass as nice as that. EBMM HH tone with great playability and beauty, what more can a man ask for.

I remember drooling over this one when you posted on the EBMM forums. If only this was a five string. :(
