    If the item is not as described I'm fairly certain you'll still be able to return it, even if the seller states that no returns are accepted. Just make sure the item is in the exact same condition it's in and open a case against the person.


    If you're done with him/eBay then good luck with the sale, but figured I'd send along that info in case :D

    Thank you, but I got rid of it. Took the loss. Not worth the ebay hassle.
