I recently sold my EBS Octabass and the guy who bought it wrote me about a problem. Seems that when he first plug in the pedal is in a true bypass mode, then when he stomp it the effect enter and everything is fine but when he stomps again to return in the bypass mode seems that the effect is somewhat still engaged.
I've never experience this myself but I've played the pedal just a couple of times.
What do you effects expert think?
  2. no effects expert, but I have an octabass and when i disengage mine, it disengages...

so, maybe there's a problem with the unit...
I dont kow what ebs is like with warranty... i remember I got mine from a guy who had trouble with his and ebs sent him another one, free of charge. (i got the replacement)

It is happening to me all the time, after I use an octaver, my ears will continue to hear that . It is some kind of illusion. :)
  5. I made the same experience when my batteries ran out.
