EBS Proline or Neoline cabinets for HD360

    Dear Friends of talkbass,

    I have pulled the trigger on buying an EBS HD360 Head.
    I was looking for some matching cabinets but i cant decide between the Neoline and Proline cabinets.
    I want to buy 2 1x12 cabinets. Which series do you recommend?

    Hello. I have the EBS neo 112 and think it is great. I have also had some other neo 112's (aguilar, epifani....) and to me I prefer the EBS.
    It is nice and small, powerful and punchy.

    I have an HD360 and have tried a very wide array of cabs, both neo and ceremic and my my recommendation is to stay away from neo cabs with the exception of the Berg CN series. This amp matches up extremely well with the Berg discontinued HT series of cabs as well. These cabs kill. There is a TB 'er in NY selling an HT112ER for $500 and it seems to be in great condition. I've used the HD360 with 1 and 2 of these cabs and it's provides an out of this world super clean hi fi sound and if you prefer a bit more of a tube-like sound, simply turn up the Drive control on you HD360.
