    Sure is sweet!

I ahve seen it in person twice (before Ed got it) but never got a chance to play it....Dan demod it for a bunch of us at a Lakland Owner's Group GTG and it sounded really sweet! Ed sure makes that thing sing!!!

Notice the extra knob? that is one of the first "passive tone" knobs installed by Lakland..it is a GREAT feature...any -94 or -07 etc I get from now on will have it!!!

Those are doubel CHIsonic pickups making this actually a 44-07 (before they were named that!) I have a 55-07 that rawks!!!

I've played that one. Can't stand the color, but the bass plays well. Also, I think I played it when it was fouled up, because it plays MUCH better in his hands than mine. :D

I had the pleasure of meeting Ed a few years ago at a bass clinic in AZ. A hell of a nice guy, funny and a great educator! His workshops are very well done. Also he an awesome upright player as well. Heard him play some jazz stuff on upright and he kicked butt!
