Eden 500W Terra Nova amp and TN210 cab-is this compatible?

    The amp is rated at 500W but the cab is rated at 300W. I bought it from a dealer who is a bassist. He's my favorite retail guy. This wasn't what I planned to buy but there it is. If I ever play out again will the speaker be able to handle the amp?

    Is the speaker cab 8 or 4 ohm?
    What is the amp rated to put out into 4 and 8 ohm?

    Yes. Cab is no doubt 8ohms. Amp will not put out 500w at 8ohms. Probably half that.
