Eden age?

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by soundoholic, Jul 24, 2003.

  1. Looking at getting an eden 410T but the seller doesn't know the age of the cabinet. How can I find out?

Cut it in half and count the rings?

Seriously, call Eden in MN - I bet they can tell you.

Run the serial number by the guys at Eden.

I wouldn't worry too much about the age. I'd prefer a 10 year old cab that's in good condition and has been looked after, over a 1 year old cab that has had a hard life.

    Is it in good nick?
  4. It looks really good. The speakers look fine. The grill has some paint coming off but nothing big. I think i'm gonna buy it. I just wanted to know for knowing sake. Thanks for the help guys!

Buy it. Paint off the grille is nothing. It usually means they have the grill rubbing on their belt buckle or jacket zipper while they're carrying it around.

The eden grill is easy to remove and repaint. I use cheap automotive paint on mine and it works a treat. Cover the logo with masking tape though....

hey, yeah, i think i know the cab u're talking about. it's at a killer price now and I'd be surprised if it goes at what it's at (no worries, I don't think I'm gonna go for it). Good luck!
  7. Thanks! I could really use it for a huge show in a couple of weeks.
