I've got an Eden 210 cabinet (wedge), and on the back there is a knob that goes from -10 to +10. I've had it at 'flat' (zero) forever, anybody know what this knob does?

It's a tweeter attenuation knob. It limits the amount of signal that goes to your tweeter. Turn it towards 10, you get more highs. if you turn it towards -10, you get less highs. It is not recommended to run the cab at loud volumes with the tweeter control turned to -10. It can burn out that control and make your tweeter inoperable.
