Eden Nemesis 2x10/2x12 Combo Amp / Stack

Discussion in 'For Sale: Amps, Preamps, and Cabinets' started by ashtray, Jan 13, 2009.

  1. Selling off a ton of my gear, making way for an addition to the family! Reluctant to see go is my 1998 Eden Nemesis NC200 "stack" consisting of a 2x10 200 watt combo amp, and an additional matching Nemesis 2x12 cabinet (4 ohm).

The amp features compression, 3 band eq, parametric mid controls, DI, tuner out, effects loop, extension speaker out. Actually a very lightweight combo, and packs a punch! 200 watts available through the 2x10 combo!

The matching cab is a 4 ohm 2x12 cab rated at 225 watts.

When used in conjunction with the NC200 combo, the amp puts out less than 200 watts (in series, at 8 ohms), but is louder due to the increase in speakers. These cabs sound nice together, and each is lightweight and easy to carry - perfect back saver!

Asking $325 for the combo amp, and $250 for the 2x12 cab. Or, buy them both together for $500!

Sorry - no trades at this time. Also, can't ship these items, so local people to the Los Angeles area only. Willing to meet halfway within reason.

    PM me if interested!

  2. Bump! Really a great rig - but I'm going in more "high powered" direction. Anyone?

I'd really like that 212, willing to meet up somewhere south of Ventura?

  4. Sure. I'm actually in Thousand Oaks - where did you have in mind?

I love those 210 combos. I had one for a while. I remember hearing one for the first time in American Music in Seattle. I was amazed at how much low end warmth came from that thing! If you haven't played one yet... try it! You won't find tone that good anywhere near this price anywhere else! Long-winded bump for you...

  6. I gotta bump it.

Will entertain possible trades in person for something that I can ship easily (bass, etc) with the same resale value. (ie, I don't plan on keeping your item...)

I'd take the cab in a heartbeat if you would ship. Why not? Happens all the time.

  10. I can calculate shipping costs - and I don't mind hunting for a box large enough - but with my recent encounters with shipping, the rate to ship the small (2x10) cabinet would be $60 from west coast to east coast - so it just depends how far away you are, and how much you're willing to pay for shipping! ;)

I can do an estimate to Nebraska if you're interested. My zip is 91360 so you can look it up as well to get a feel for the rates.

  11. Update:

The 2x10 combo is off hold and now available again.
The 2x12 cab is available as well!

    Come and get 'em! :D

  12. Still got 'em. Shipping within the US would be around $60 each if anyone were interested.

Oh man. Too bad that combo is about $35 out of my budget :crying:

Where's all the people that said "Can you ship?" C'mon guys, good deals.

  14. Is this 2x12 cab still available?

  15. Still available. Shipping costs to be paid by buyer, but I'll eat the cost of finding/buying the box and shipping materials.

  16. PM sent

  17. BUMP!

Lots of things going on in life at the moment - wife just had a baby last month, and now my band might be breaking up. Been busy, but now it's time to sell things I'm not using.

Local sale only at this point, but may be willing to ship in the future (assume $60-80 in shipping costs, each cabinet).

Ugh! You're killing me. I'm selling my 1x15 Nemesis to get a 2x10, but couldn't find one. So, I got a G-K. These Nemesis combos are GREAT amps! Great price too!!

  19. Thanks... still available locally! Might accept trades.

What are the exact weights of each?
