Eden XLT 410 and XLT 115
Eden WT 500
Im just using a Nemesis 2-10 combo for now, but I will be upgrading my rig with an Eden head soon enough.
WT800 (1993 vintage) bridged into an EA VL210B.
D410T @ 4ohms
D215XL @ 4ohms
Driven buy a Carvin R1000 Biamped
navigator (pre amp)
Matched set of 8 ohm D-410XLTs
I use the WT-300 as a pre-amp, and a Carvin poweramp for the juice.
I used to have two D210XLT cabs. I don't any more.
Can I have one? I'll pay the generous price of $0.00 for each of them! And I'll pay shipping!
I usually run a Bag End 15 with the xlt, sounds good
I have a Nemesis 210 combo, does that count?
No problem. For that price I'll even throw in a bass I no longer own.
I gotta theory....you were clipping the amp and that blew the speakers. Seein' as I routinely hit my 210 with WAY more power than you have available (WT-1000), and never even have a bit of trouble, that's the only thing I can think of....
....by the way, Carvin drivers in an Eden cab??? SACRELIGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to agree
Hey I wonder about something.... Eden's cabs are well made I am sure. But that includes the driver, and the box itself.
So I wonder how it sounds, with the speaker replaced, but the box the same? Does it still sound something like an Eden?
The tone isn't all in the speaker, right?
Neither make the speaker what it is, Its the love!
Ok seriously, its a combination. Eden does a great job of matching great drivers to great cabs.
...thinking about trying out a D-410XST!
