What is a good equalization setting for an Eden? Im trying to get a sound similar to Umphrey's Mcgee bass player Ryan Stasik, he has an Eden as well. Im mainly looking for what mid frequencys to focus on for the low mid, mid, and high mid... and which i should boost, also how much to boost bass and treble...

1st off, start with everything flat.

the enhance knob is flat all the way to the left. that knob boosts lows and highs and cuts low mids.

next read up on eq in this thread

after that go ahead and experiment a bit, but remember that eq should be used sparingly, especially on an amp like the eden which has extremly powerful EQ knobs which provide a tone of boost or cut .

as for sounding liek somebody else, SWR said it the best in one of their manuals in the EQ settings section "want to sound like marcus miller? - practice a lot" ;)
