So, my problm with the WT-500 is that the power switch has to really be fiddled with or the eq section won't light up and if the eq section doesn't light up I get no sound. I opened up the head and checked for any loose wires, but everything seems snug. Any clues? I tryed searching around the Eden forums but the only thread I found had no answers. I have a feeling the head should just be taken in, kind of hoping there might be some easy fix though.

sounds like a bad switch. You can probably get a replacement straight from eden and install it yourself if you are handy or a local shop. Unless of course you are under warranty then....

Try contacting Lane Baldwin (Eden forum mod) directly. He'll sort you out.

Seems like I have to contact Eden, then.
  5. If the switch wires are tight, yup, need new switch. If you can reach it easily and has push on connectors you should be able to fix it yourself if you're handy. Don't do it if you're not sure. Make sure its not plugged in, give it a little time off to make sure the power supply is discharged.
