These are the two I'm narrowed down to. The 2 channels on the Eden is kind of a waste of a feature for me.

Other then that, has anyone else side by sided these amps?

  2. if the 2 channels on the Eden is a waste, why bother with the 1205? the WT800 is a much nicer set up for single channel in my opinion. There's also word of the new WTB1000, but knowing Eden, it'll likely be a year or so before it shows up anywhere.

Haven't AB'd those particular 2 heads, (in fact, haven't demoed a Carbine yet), but each has it's own character, and I do love the Mesa bass sound.

One sounds like an Eden the other sounds like a Mesa. In all cases they sound VERY different. Both really nicely made though. You need to hear them both. If you want Hi-Fi go Eden if you do not go Mesa.
