Eden WT500 and volume pedal

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by toko42, Feb 26, 2004.

  1. I'd like to have more control over my volume without messing things up for our sound tech so I am thinking of placing a volume pedal in the 2nd effects loop of my Eden WT500 (this should be right before the power amp...)

I have a chrome Morley pedal with AC cable and an oldish Schaller pedal which doesn't need any external power (passive?).

Can I do this without damaging anything?
If so: Which of the pedals can I use?

    Thanks for your help!

    Regards

  2. You should be able to use any volume pedal plugged into the effects loop and not hurt anything. Remember that the Eden D.I. is post EQ and after both effects loops, so you will affect the level you send to the P.A. as well as your stage volume.
