Edit is grayed out at toneprint editor templates

I have a TC HOF mini reverb pedal. I tired to create my own presets, but I can't, because the pencil icon is grayed out, at the templates section...

i tired this, with my MacBook, iPad and iPhone, but nether works, maybe cant connect to the pedal, I tired with usb cable with mac and usb/lighting via camera connection kit....

somehow the beaming works, but not hear the difference between the presets....

i checked the settings and dont see my pedals serial there just a question mark!
How can I solve the problem?

 

Problem solved, the cable was wrong....
