I've tried everything: different outlets, different 3 prong cables...nothing.

is there a fuse inside the amp? Why would it just completely not come on?HELP!!

Have you verified that the outlet has power? If so, the little light on the amp doesn't come on at all? Not even a different color?

Yes there is a tiny fuse inside. I replaced the one in my 700RB/112 once.

Eventhough it is only a fuse, I would have a service person open it up to replace it. These GKs have a lot of stored energy inside and a person could get hurt.

Daniel Elliot - Any comments on this?

  3. Which amp is it? It's most likely a fuse, but it may need a thermister added to it if it's a backline. You'll need to pull the head out of the cabinet to get to it. Send me an email on Monday, and I can help you out with that.
