I have an Epiphone bass guitar. It has the regular strat body with the ash trey cover on the bridge.it has 2 controls and a toggle switch with a thumb rest. The ser # is 0085331.
I was told it is a 67 model or late 60s....Can any one tell me anything about it?
The resone I ask is that a guy I know wants to trade me a 1974 Fender Twin Reverb silver face,And I want to knowif its good trade and about what the bass is worth.

If it's a real USA set-neck Epiphone (not the bolt on Japanese stuff from the 1970s), tell him to take his Twin and pound sand. How about a pic? Some of those old ones have T-Bird pickups...

Yes, get someone who knows about 'em to take a look. As I recall, some were good, some were made of plywood.
