This is a really clean Epiphone EB-0 (made in China) that I bought as a project, but now need to sell to help pay for another purchase. It has the important upgrades, plus a full setup with nut slots cut to the proper height and the fingerboard edges rolled for comfort. One big upgrade is the Dimarzio Model One pickup...bigger and warmer sounding...and eliminates all the buzz of the original pickup. It was a drop-in replacement designed for the EB-0 and has adjustable polepieces. Although I didn't do it, this pickup could be wired with a push-pull pot for series/parallel wiring. These pickups go for $80 new. The other big upgrade is the Hipshot Supertone bridge. This bridge has full contact with the top for better tone. Bridge saddles are easy to intonate without worrying about the threads near the string balls. It's a great, all aluminum bridge that goes for $110 on its own. The bass itself is in top shape. No scratches or dings on the mahogany body or neck (which are a little darker than in the photos). Pots and jack work fine...same with the tuners, which seem better than I've seen on most lower-priced basses. All-in-all, this is a big sounding bass that's easy to play. I'll include a basic, nearly new gig bag that's lightly padded. $275 shipped CONUS.
