    SOLD

Got bit by a short-scale bug last summer, and snagged this at a Guitar Center. It's got some damage on side of the lower bout (it was clearly dropped), and a hairline crack in the finish on the upper horn near the neck pocket (finish only); so I got it for around used price. Easy come, easy go. I tried to photograph it, but I have a poor camera. If you're interested, I can wrangle some better pics.

I swapped out the original knobs for chrome ones, and have since lost the originals.

But, it plays fine, the aforementioned damage has not/does not spread, and it's a fun little bass. There's not a lot of love for these things, but this one is the best of around six that I played that day, at various music shops. Good frets, medium-low action, plays great. If you're interested in a short scale, and want a solid cheapie to try it on for size, this is a solid bet.

$105 shipped, including gig bag. Trade wise, P/J pickups, a small practice amp, cab or preamp, or full scale bass (w/ P width neck), fretted or fretless, a nice set of closed back headphones. Can add a couple bucks to even something out.

The "scratches" go down almost to the wood, and right where it's next to the control cavity cover, the finish is intact, but separated from the wood. Again, better pics if you're interested. Also, my brown suede Adidas. No, they are not included.
