Epiphone made a tiny (Curbow sized) body bass?????

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by OldSchoolBass, Jul 1, 2008.

  1. I ask because I was searching out a case for my Curbow. A dealer I found said he had a case for an Epiphone model bass he had that was similar to the Curbow in size - standard neck, mini-me body that he thought might work.

Anyway, any idea of what Epi model he was referring to? Not familar with a tiny-bodied Epi....

Then again, confusion is my middle name - I have been playing for 28 years and when you guys talk about a basses "nut" I have no idea what that is. :bag:

Anyway, some questions - any answers say you all?

The nut is the grooved piece of plastic/bone/whatever that is in between the fretboard and the headstock!

As far as the Epiphone question, I'm sorry I can't answer it for you.

There was an Epi back in the 70's, built on the Coronet style solid body.Don't ever see too many of them now. It was a an EB sized short scale as I recall.
