EQ-help needed

    Hi,

    My problem occours when Solo the bridge pickup (NJ5FS) on my Lakland DJ5. The D and G string are thin sounding compared to the others. My rig is DB750 / GS412. The mid control on the 750 are set to 400hz so it's pretty limited.
    Could it help if I could boost around 800-1000hz?

    Source could be about anything but the first thing to do is isolate the source. I'd try a different rig for starters since you seem to suspect that - or different bass through same rig and see what you get. Once the source is narrowed down you can try the stuff that's free first (like adjusting the bridge pup if the bass is the source).
