I am going to be playing outdoors at a backyard party on a 42 acre property next week. I was wondering if anyone had eq recs for my Hartke 5000 for this type of venue.

  3. Set everything flat, and work from there.

I just did an outdoor gig yesterday. Started with my normal indoor settings and tweeked from there.

I ended up adding a bit more bottom because I didn't have to worry about being too boomy.

    That's it!
But you should be careful not to add more bass than your amp can handle!
