  1. I have Chinese support in IE on my computer, but it only ever used to show up on Chinese websites like http://www.hongkong.com and the like.
Now all of a sudden, without touching any settings, I see things like Groove Facilitator's name with Chinese characters in them.

Does anyone know what's up? Could it be my Hong Kong ISP acting up and assuming that everything with special characters on my computer is in Chinese?

I've had that sort of problem when my PC has been "low on memory" - so fonts take up a lot of resources and when Windows is running low it can revert to a default font.

I used to get funny characters/fonts - it's like signal that tells me to order a new, higher spec'd computer!! ;)
  3. OoOh...
I'll run that one by my parents. :p
