On her album Baduizm, what kind of bass was the bass player playing? please do not tell me it was a MTD..:eyebrow:

If so, I may have breakdown:bawl:

its really in the mix and I really like the sound of it.

I don't know him, but I could maybe ask him the next time I happen to see him. Her band practices in the same building where we have our studio.

Don't know 'bout the album, but I saw him playing a modulus genesis five string w/ maple board with her on the Dave Chapelle Show.

I don't know what he used during the recording, but I caught the beginning of the tour, and Hubert was using a red Modulus Q5, before switching over to the MTD 5. Btw, his dad was in D Train. Look it up, youngins! Also in the show, Erika was blown off stage by the opening act, Sleepy's Theme, led by Pat "Sleepy" Brown (Outkast) with LaMarquis Jefferson on bass. Sleepy's dad is a founding member of legendary funk band, Brick. Marq played his Lakland 5 with a drumstick that night. God, I hated him! :)
