Ever see a Squier Standard P with an 18volt pick up system?

I played one today at GC.

The guy who did it put a BADASSII bridge on it, EMG pick ups, and it is all 18 volt.

He also sanded the crap out of the neck, so now it is like a jazz neck.

It was so awsome... Played great, sounded great. needed a little fretwork, but other than that, it was better than all of the other p-basses i have ever played.

sounds good! I used to have a parts-bass with emg's, and it was alright. I really liked it, but then, I switched tastes, then got a spector. Then I got a jazz. It's a never ending process. But, hey, if it is good for you, buy it. It sound pretty cool. I have a super-squier also, but mine has bartolinis. Very wooly, and cool.
