Hello i'm a newbie to bass and after i've play'ed alot i just get a little pain in my wrist nothing big just a little, and i wonder if you guys use any good excersies for that?
  2. No. You need to fix the wrist pain by playing in a proper playing position, not by attempting to repair it later. Keep your wrist straight when you play. If your bass position doesn't let you do that, then change it.

If you play properly you should never ever have wrist pain. You don't need to straighten your wrist, but find a position where there is no strain on your wrist.
  4. Yes.

    It's called 'loadout'.
