    Anyone got them?

Or a pic of one near a P bass or similar might help.

I'm hopefully building one, and I need to know what sized body blank to get.

    All help is appreciated.

  6. Hi.

Unless You want a dead on copy, the easiest way is to scale a pic that you find from the 'net. I have a recent production EPI LTD, so if You want a measurement to "lock-onto" just pick one and I'll measure it for you.

All the Explorers aren't the same either, the originals (3 IIRC) had the Explorer guitar bodies, the later (reissue?) ones more towards the Futura, some had a bit smaller bodies, etc. Some info can be found here: Gibson Explorer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

    Regards
    Sam
