So I have a new KMA Logan pedal and got to say... awesome for tones attached to my Sandberg Cali. But it has an expression pedal connection, so I thought I'd ask if any of you have a suggestions as to great pedals or comments on the shortlist below? I'm UK based.

    Potential contenders are:

    • Mission Engineering SP-25M PRO (£179) - can control two pedals simopultaneously.
    • Mission Engineering SP-1 (£139)
    • Roland EV-5 (about £55)
    • Zoom FP02M (£45)
    • Electro Harmonix Dual Expression Pedal (£67)
Am I missing any obvious ones, or ar there ones I should add to or drop from my list? Any comments appreciated.

    Cheers, S.

I have multiple Dunlop DVP4s and have been completely satisfied. Easy on budget and board space.

I've been very happy with my DOD mini. Small, solid and smooth. No top/bottom trims though - my pedal itself lets me set the range. But that may be a concern for your use.

Is the DOD mini any good, or any of the other minis?
Aanndd...can you not control multiple pedals simultaneously , using a 'y' cable?

Has anyone used the hotone bass press. It's versitilty as either a volume/wah/expression appeals to me

Don't create no problem, won't be no problem.
M-Audio well made, easy to use, and inexpensive too. Check Amazon.

I have an Electro Harmonix dual and it feels cheap but has held up well so far and is very customizable. you can reverse both sides so it will work with Source audio pedals and others and you can reverse the polarity and control the sweep on both sides.

I've decided to try the EHX Dual so there's one ordered and (hopefully) arriving soon. I'll report back on the outcome and findings when I've had it a few days, in case anyone else needs the info. Thanks for the help...

Im interested in hearing your thoughts. Now that I've acquired a few pedals with an expression connection, I'm starting the research process.

Right off the top im loving the small footprint of the minis i saw. Included features aside, the only potential drawback due to its size might mean it's harder to get a perfectly smooth motion between minimum and maximum. Ever try to drive a car with your heel on the pedals instead of using the top half of your foot??

And hearing rumblings of some that do the expression thing plus volume and/or wah are also grabbing my attention (unless they're sound equivalent is like an inexpensive all in one digital effects box vs better individual stompboxes.)

I just borrowed this one ^ for the week from our guitar players backup bag. I'ts basic and it works, but i have nothing else out there to compare it to.
